Parkingmate does not guarantee the correct operation nor the continuous numerous usages and accessibility of www.parkingmate.net.

Although, Parkingmate is striving towards the actuality, completeness and rightness of its content, Parkingmate cannot take any liability therefore. The Parkingmate's current sales documents, the contract conditions and the general terms and conditions contain all obliging information. space. Parkingmate declines all liability for the violation of the contractual rights by third parties.

Duties as a user and our policy recommendations
As a user of www.parkingmate.net you obligate yourself not to use the offered services in any improper or abusive way. You must specifically not rent any parking space to which you do not have any right of utilisation. You are obligated to really allocate the offered parking space to the community and, should you rent the parking space yourself, to leave them on the due date.

Parkingmate will sample test the parking spaces which are offered by the users. However, Parkingmate cannot exclude that illicit parking spaces offered by users exist. Please, notify dubious parking spaces to info@parkingmate.net.

Parkingmate is entitled to amend, dislocate, remove or to lock all contributions, such as users or parking spaces, etc. at its own descretion. Moreover, Parkingmate reserves its right to lock the corresponding profile immediately, and to hand over all data as proof to the law enforcement authorities. As a user you obligate yourself to free Parkingmate of all liabilities, charges and claims, which result from illicit use, as well as to bear all proceeding and court costs.

For which content solely the providers or operators can be held responsible for - Parkingmate does not take any guarantees regarding these websites. As soon as Parkingmate gets notice of such infringements, Parkingmate will remove these links immediately.

Interactive Modules (e.g. Parking space search, registration, messaging, etc.)
The parking space, which is released over the interactive modules, is on www.parkingmate.net without precedent preview publically accessible. There is no right for publication of parking space. Sent Messages over the messaging service, tell-a-friend, or similar modules, reflect personal points of view of the user only. Messages must not contain any advertismental contents. Self-evidently, all above mentioned duties and recommendations of policy apply in this matter.

Upload of Pictures
With the upload of pictures you guarantee that you have all user rights of the original and of its amendment on www.parkingmate.net. Advertisment through pictures is generally forbidden.
